I get the Mopar MS-12106 OAT concentrate for about $23/gallon on Amazon Prime, and mix it 50/50 with distilled water ($0.75/gal) from my local grocery store. I can get the 50/50 pre-mix from my local dealership for $26/gallon. And yes, it's much easier to drain the coolant by pulling the passenger fender liner and the lower radiator hose.
